Patricia: New Fan
Hello, I have just recently "discovered" Richard Armitage. I first saw him on Robin Hood. Afterward I got the chance to see him in North and South (love it!), Spooks (MI-5 in the US), Vicar of Digby, Captain America, and various other pieces of his work. I wish I could get more of his work in the US. Strike Back sounds so interesting. From what I have seen on other web sites he seems to appreciate his fans. Not every artist does. I look forward to more updates on what he is doing.

Bonnie: Richard Armitage
Hi Ali,
Firstly thank you sooo much for all the hard work that goes into this brilliant site that I enjoy visiting more than one times a day.
Of course I am so pleased that the world is finally appreciating the hard work and supreme talent that is our favourite man. However just a little bit of me feels like screaming "hands off - he is ours"!!
Could I also really recommend his audio book Lords of the North. I have listened to the other readers of this series but whilst they all give a good "reading" our man gives a stupendous "performance". What a good film that would make with Richard in the lead as Uhtred.
So that's got that lot off my chest. Back to the housework with my Ipod firmly in my ears listening to all available poetry readings!
All the best for 2012.
Bonnie
Thanks Bonnie, Lords of the North remains my favourite audiobook too.

Lynn: Thanks Ali
Ali, You are right, Clarrissa is the name of the play. I got it. Just a note to tell you that tomorrow I will be taking the IELTS test so I can work in England as a nurse. If all goes well I will be working in England this time next year. YEAH!
Thank you for all you do,
Lynn
Good luck with the test!

Wendy Reid: Hello.
Hi-de-ho!
Hope your Christmas and New Year were sweet. I am a big fan of your work and your person. My boys and I await The Hobbit on baited breathe.
This is also a belated "Happy Birthday". I celebrated my 40th on the 30th of December at a music festival in Marion Bay, Tasmania. What a way to enter 'mid-life', I had a special 'forty and fabulous' t-shirt given to me and everything. Forty is just a number and not even that if you write the word. I hope your fortyeth year brings you health and happiness. It has taken the full extent of our lives for us to get where we are and to look as good as we you.
Take care of yourself, you are precious.
Forever an admirer. Wendy Reid X X X

Lynn: Richards play
Hello everyone, i hope the new year is treating everyone well. I love this site and i was hoping Ali or eny of Richard's fans could help me. I woman named Clarrissa sent us a link for a play that Richard was in. It was four hours long and hilarious. My computer has lost it and I was hoping that one of you might be able to send it to me again. I can not remember the name as it was her link. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I only got to hear the first 2 hours. Thanks so much and keep up the great work Ali,
Lynn
Hi Lynn
Do you mean the radio play Clarissa, as this is the only radio play Richard has recorded?
The full download is available on this site on the Clarissa page (via the Career menu) - click here. Scroll down to the bottom where you'll find the 'Clips' section. The entire play can be downloaded as a zip file - extract the zip file to open all the mp3 files and it can be played on your computer or your phone.
