I received an e-mail from Warner Bros. about a Hobbit sale, so I came here to the Hobbit merchandise to see if you had the 550 piece jigsaw puzzle...where did "Miss Gulch on Bike" come from? I'm sure, from the comments, that that was suppose to be a life size Richard.

Oh how funny, I've no idea where that came from but it was obviously a Hobbit related item of some kind and the link was swapped for Miss Gulch! It's gone now.

I will take this opportunity to reiterate, for those who didn't know, that the RAnet stores were created for convenience but they are not the only way to raise money for charity via Amazon. Hi. I was wondering.. I'd like to buy Spooks series 9 on DVD but I live in Malta. I'm not really familiar with online shopping, Im afraid. By any chance, does Amazon deliver to my country? and if I order a copy.. it will be brand new right? not like..used or anything? and I was reading about payment methods the other day, and read that Amazon doesnt accept paypal.. can I buy the series elsewhere, preferbaly from a site which accepts paypal? Do you have any other suggestions rather than Amazon, because I'm afraid the product doesnt deliver to my country.

Yes it will be brand new unless you choose to order via one of Amazon's marketplace sellers who sell both new and used items. If you have any further queries, please contact Amazon direct as I'm not an expert on their terms and conditions.

You can use paypal to buy items from Ebay. If the item you want is on Ebay it will be listed as new or used by the seller. Sorry I don't know of any other sellers.

I have your web site as my homepage, you might have to read this twice to understand what happened. I went to Amazon through this site, I looked up an author who's book I've ordered. Then I searched for her web site, she had some books that I wanted for my Kindle, your site was still open, I clicked on the Amazon link she had and bought the books. My question is this, if I go through the Amazon link at your site to another web site with Amazon who gets the referral? Each book was either free or $.99, but I thought I'd better check.

Because you ordered the books after clicking on a link via the author's site, RAnet won't get the referral. The way it works is that the referral is paid for orders made 'during the session' while you are on the Amazon site after clicking directly from this site. A session starts from the moment you click via RAnet to Amazon and then place an order. If you click away from Amazon to another site at any point then the link from RAnet is broken. Hope that makes sense, but thanks for clarifying.

I have a suggestion, there are four charities and four weeks in a month. Could you start on say Monday and anything collected between that Monday and the next Sunday goes to the first charity, then Monday to Sunday to the next charity and so on. Just since this past Sunday I've ordered three things, this way everybody would get some. Would that make it harder or easier for you?

Hi Nancy, that's not going to work I'm afraid. Amazon forward payments on a quarterly basis if the amount accrued is more than their minimum requirement, so I will pay a different charity each time.

I want to understand this, for you to receive a referral fee from Amazon I need to come here and click the Amazon link to order stuff? I order a lot of stuff from Amazon. Oddly enough that wonderful Richard is the reason...I've started reading a lot of Richard III books and I've a nice little collection of Georgette Heyer books ( 38 ) and two of the audio readings that Richard did, as well as his DVDs.

If Richard's chosen charities can benefit from my spending then that makes it better!

I am writing from Brazil.

My husband and I have watched "North and South" and we would like to order a DVD. I've seen the BBC DVD but I think there was another release - at least the cover was different ( with the beautiful Daniella/Margaret).
If I am not mistaken there was a magazine attached, with some articles about the book and the mini-series, but I can't find it. As I would prefer this DVD edition (if it is region 1) could you ,please, tell me where I could find it?

Hi there, I think you are referring to the Classic Drama DVD magazines which came with the complete series on DVD. I have copies of these and have scanned in the covers & first inside page and put it on the N&S career page.

The distributor for Cold Feet didn't think they made enough money on the first three so they aren't distributing the last two...somebody needs to tell them how many women would buy series 5 because Richard Armitage is in it...in a bathing suit. Reply from Ali: the Strike Back DVD is complete, it contains all the episodes that were filmed. There are three stories which were shown over six episodes although some broadcasters showed them as three 90 minute episodes.
